Abstract
This article presents the cases of three patients who are diagnosed with early-onset intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICD). In two of them the diagnosis was related to infection by the hepatitis C virus (HCV).
Recognize that this disease can occur early in pregnancy and its relationship with HCV infection is essential to make an early diagnosis and take appropriate therapeutic behaviors, improving the fetal prognosis.
