Abstract

La muerte fetal es una de las situaciones más dolorosas a las que se puede enfrentar una paciente, su familia y el equipo de salud.
El objetivo de esta revisión es estandarizar y mejorar la atención de las pacientes y sus familiares que deban transitar la muerte fetal, unificando el abordaje psicosocial, la atención médica y el estudio posterior de la paciente y el mortinato.
