Cuatro aplicaciones del consentimiento informado
Abstract
El consentimiento informado es motivo de atención y debates en la literatura científica. Ni siquiera la denominación está por fuera de la controversia. Mientras algunos autores prefieren referirse al consentimiento voluntario, consentimiento válido, consentimiento libre e informado o al consentimiento auténtico, otros hablan de participación informada. Incluso, se ha cuestionado el empleo del término consentimiento para denominar a una decisión que no requiere consenso sino la decisión unilateral del sujeto de aceptar una propuesta, proponiéndose, en su lugar, hablar de autorización o de asentimiento.
