Abstract
The function of medicine is to maintain the health of individuals and society as a whole. Health services are (or should be) organizational structures where health teams efficiently manage resources to achieve the stated objective. Within the scope of our Faculty, together with its functions within the System, there is a capital element that is the formation of human resources, to integrate health teams.
