Abstract
Se presenta las imágenes de una paciente de 81 años intervenida quirúrgicamente con
diagnóstico de Oclusión Intestinal por Íleo Biliar. Se realizó laparotomía exploradora,
enterolitotomía y posterior enterorrafia.
